HOOD BY AIR HOODIE

This uniquely crafted hooded sweatshirt was created by contemporary street wear designer Shayne Oliver for Hood by Air, which he established to challenge the traditional notion of luxury fashion. Oliver’s design aesthetic is evident in the noteworthy quote “DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR CHILDREN ARE?” which was taken from a televised PSA that ran from the late 1960s-80s regarding cities’ youth curfews that were put in place after a series of riots. The hoodie is elevated by embroidered white lettering with threads of various lengths hanging down the front. Another unique component is the hood which features a zipper that can be fully unzipped to create a unique mouthpiece.
