BALL CULTURE
Ball Culture is a collective social movement for the LGBTQ+ people of color community, a place of representation generating an expressive vision of a world beyond gender and sexuality through dress. It created a safe space for this community to feel represented into the world, portraying an atmosphere of “real” gender and lifestyle identities. Ballroom culture has been the stem foundation of finding self-identity and freedom, where community stems from fashion, and can live on to an inspiring legacy of empowerment.
